Vitamin IV Drips

Need a health boost? At Skin Therapy, we provide individualised intravenous therapy of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants which are combined and administered depending on your individual needs.

Administered directly into your bloodstream and immediately available for use by your cells, large doses can be administered without gastrointestinal side effects which can limit dosing. A good example of this is Ascorbic Acid(vitamin C), which can only be taken orally in relatively lower dosages to avoid stomach upset. In contrast, very large doses of vitamin C, which can be very beneficial for the immune system, can be administered safely intravenously.

During the COVID-19 crisis, our IMMUNE BOOST vitamin drip will have an additional 3000mg of Vitamin C, at no extra cost to you.

Our quality nutrient infusions are directly sourced from South Africa’s expert leader in compounded preparations and intravenous therapy.

Please note, we have implemented a Coronavirus Protocol, to help keep our patients and staff safe.

On arrival, alcohol based, hand disinfectant will be available to decontaminate your hands.

Treat your phone as an object that is at VERY high risk for contamination. Please put your phone away when entering the clinic and only take it out once you have left.

Wipes will be available to clean the handles of your bag.

Your temperature will be taken to give peace of mind.

Only bottled water will be served – no tea or coffee will be served to prevent contamination.

All treatment rooms and reception areas will be cleaned and disinfected throughout the day using theatre grade cleaning solutions.

Any employees displaying signs or symptoms will undergo self-quarantine for a period of 14 days.

Please reschedule your appointment if:

  • You’ve travelled internationally in the past 14 days (particularly high risk areas)
  • You’ve had prolonged, unprotected, close contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19
  • You have symptoms – such as dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or fever

We will keep up to date with WHO guidelines and take every precautionary measure to ensure our patients and staff stay healthy
